STEP BY STEP
STEP 01
PROJECT CONFIRMATION
Sign the contract, complete payment, and submit the onboarding questionnaire! If required, after that you can book your kickoff call to discuss direction and priorities. We won’t begin any work until this step is complete.
STEP 02
INITIAL ARTWORK DEVELOPMENT
First-round artwork is developed based on the approved brief and references. Artwork is supplied for review with clear context to support focused feedback.
STEP 03
REVISIONS & REFINEMENT
Here we get to make revisions and any additional comments to the drafts to set them up for finalisation. Each project includes up to two structured revision rounds.
Revisions cover:
Refinement of the approved concept.
STEP 04
FINAL ARTWORK ADJUSTMENT
Once revisions are complete, you get to see the final artwork! This stage includes 1 round one round of colour or texture adjustments, if required.
STEP 05
FINAL DELIVERY
After final approval, production-ready files are supplied in a downloadable folder, suitable for web and print use. At this point, the project is considered complete and ready to go!
