ABIT MORE ABOUT ME...
Outside of work, Phil is a family man of two girls, a beautiful partner and 3 cats. He spends as much time as possible outdoors with his family, usually chasing warm weather, good coffee, and the occasional cold beer. Camping trips to Queensland’s beaches are a favourite reset, and when he’s not doing that, he trains in medieval combat and competes in Buhurt, a full-contact armoured fighting sport. (what the heck)
The work he finds most satisfying sits at the intersection of design and illustration, creating clear, impactful graphics that feel well crafted and genuinely connect.
Hard lessons over the years have shaped a practical approach: take full accountability, expect things to take longer than planned, and keep improving the process so more time can be spent on the work that matters.

At the core is a simple principle: do the uncomfortable things. Growth comes from action, not intention, and reputations are built on what you deliver, not what you plan to do.
